TALLINN DF

29 September – 5 October 2025

The Tallinn Design Festival, the largest design event in the Baltics, is held in the industrial Krulli Quarter and attracts over 10,000 visitors from Estonia and abroad. The week-long festival celebrates Estonian and international design and sparks dialogue about design’s role in society.

The highlight is the international design conference with speakers like Patricia Moore (USA), Rama Gheerawo (UK), and Jakob Rosin (Estonia), organized with EIDD – Design For All Europe and the Estonian Chamber of Disabled People.

In partnership with the Estonian Academy of Arts, the Design Anthropology project explores universal design, involving academies from Lithuania, France, the US, and the global platform Arts Thread. The festival also features the INTERIOR+ area for interior and outdoor design, plus a weekend Design Street market.

Events include an opening party, PechaKucha talks, workshops, lighting installations, a children’s area, and the DOM sustainable fashion show. The Design Auction and DesignNightParty close the week.

With many satellite events across Tallinn and beyond, the festival promotes design and offers creatives and galleries a platform to showcase their work. It’s a hub for inspiration, learning, and networking in a relaxed atmosphere.
